Donna joined Cover-More Europe in November 2021 as Head of Strategic Relationships and was appointed CEO in February 2022. Donna became Head of International in 2025 while retaining the role of CEO.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the travel industry, Donna manages the integration and establishment of our European businesses, both in the business-to-business and direct-to-consumer markets.
Prior to joining us, Donna was with Chubb for nine years, including three years as Vice President, Regional Head of Travel Insurance, Asia Pacific and before that she worked in Chubb’s EMEA region.
Jason has more than 15 years of experience and achievements in building travel and niche insurance products within D2C and B2B2C markets. He joined Blue Insurance more than 20 years ago and today is responsible for leading development, execution, and the P&L of all product lines in the UK and European market. He is also responsible for global partnerships within Cover-More Europe.
Ben was appointed Managing Director, UK in June 2024. He also retains his role of Chief Marketing Officer, Europe, which he has held since 2022. Ben is responsible for direct-to-consumer, brand, and partnership marketing for Cover-More Europe’s brands across all insurance verticals.
Previously he was Director of Cover-More Insurance Services and was Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director at Halo Insurance Services from start-up through to its sale to Cover-More Group in 2017.
Alan joined Cover-More Europe as Chief Underwriting Officer in 2022. He has been actively involved in the insurance industry since 1987 and has extensive portfolio management, sales, underwriting, product development and relationship management experience.
Prior to joining Cover-More Europe, Alan led global travel underwriting, airlines and retail for AXA Travel Insurance in the UK and also worked with ACE European Group and ETI.
Jeremy was a founding member of Halo insurance and the tech guru behind the Lynx digital stack and the set-up of Penguin in Europe. He has been with the company for over 15 years becoming the Chief Information Officer for Europe in 2022.
With 13 years of experience in pan-European travel insurance distribution at Chubb, AXA & Allianz. Matt joined Cover-More Europe in 2022 and is our Booking.com account lead.
Nick is our Chief Financial Office, bringing over 20 years of diverse experience in finance, operations, and business intelligence across leading insurance and financial services organisations.
Hilary has 20+ years’ global insurance experience, including senior roles at Zurich. She’s known for leading complex operations, driving business transformation, and delivering strong financial, operational, and customer experience improvements. She became Operations and Transformation Leader for Cover-More Europe in 2025
Sharon has 30+ years’ UK and European insurance experience, specializing in cross-border compliance, regulatory change, and scalable frameworks. She’s held senior roles at Assurant, Endsleigh, and AXA before joining Cover-More Europe.
With 10 years experience in Big 4 Consulting firms across risk and audit in the UK, Switzerland and Denmark and 5 years with Zurich in Risk and Compliance roles., Sam heads up our Risk Function.
